New features including user friendly Hire Management Dashboards will be launched by inspHire at the Executive Hire Show 2012. inspHire Dashboards provide key, real time, information in a simple, easy to read, graphical format for all areas of the business - whether it’s live hire and analytical information, for the Hire Manager or a snapshot of items due for preventative maintenance or breakdown for the workshop. inspHire’s Dashboards can also be accessed whilst on the move via inspHire-iX, inspHire’s iPhone/iPad application, which was demonstrated at the event last year.

De AFAS-organisatie

However, inspHire’s WebPortal is only available to companies using the inspHire rental management system which has restricted its use. Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts select inspHire Rental Management System

Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts the leading access rental company operating in Ireland, UK and Slovakia have taken the opportunity to implement a new rental management system to assist with the rapid growth of the company.

After opening its new state of the art, purpose built premises in Dublin it was an obvious next step to start to look at infrastructure and supporting systems. The desire to provide a better service to its customers was also high on the priority list, utilising inspHire Web Portal Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts will be able to offer a secure log in to its customers so they may gain access to information like invoice details, what is on hire where and other key information. inspHire CRM will also assist Height for Hire / Easi UpLifts to keep  track of customers and prospects and inform them of important events, news and information, ensuring the customer base is aware of new equipment available for rent.

The workshop module allows all machine maintenance history to be retrieved at a click of a button and scheduled servicing and maintenance can also be easily planned using inspHire. Full Multi Currency Purchase Ordering Processing will provide a high level of control on spending, and consistency when ordering many spare parts, thus adhering to quality control policies.

inspHire 99 Red Balloons

inspHire's red balloon race competition at Vertikal days 2011 proved to be a great success when customer Alan Livingston from ‘Lifting Gear UK’ balloon was found in Warrington.
Visitors to the inspHire stand at Vertikal days 2011 event were asked to complete tickets attached to the balloons which were then released in the afternoon of the second day of the event by John Ball, MD of Easi Uplifts and Graham Dobbs and Karen Miles of inspHire to celebrate the recent launch of inspHire-iX, the iPhone and iPad App for inspHire users on the move.

Graham Dobbs commented “Feed back from our customers who have already installed inspHire-iX has been overwhelming. The main benefit, they say, comes from their sales team being in an informed position and having the information they need, when they are out on the road dealing with customers. “
Alan Livingston was awarded an iPod Touch for the inspHire balloon that travelled the furthest, along with the founder of the balloon winning a £25.00 Amazon voucher - well done to both participants!
